Refresh the page. If it's still locked after a minute, email us with your username and we'll fix it immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your username and we'll process it.

I bought Starter and want to upgrade to Pro

Go to the Premium page. You'll only pay the $5.00 difference — the site handles it automatically.

Is there a subscription?

No. All purchases are one-time. You pay once, the tools are yours forever. No recurring charges.

I can't log in

Try resetting your password. If you signed up with Discord or Google, use the same OAuth button on the login page. Still stuck? Email us.

I have a feature request or found a bug

Email us. We read everything. The tools and guide content are updated regularly based on user feedback.

Which engines are supported?

Unity, Unreal Engine 5, and Godot 4. The guide and tool exports cover all three.

Do I need Premium to use the guide?

No. The 13-chapter personalised guide, progress tracking, and all Claude Code prompts are completely free. Premium only unlocks the tools.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
